Begin with a 1-hour assessment lesson using Noah shooting analysis with video feedback. A baseline of the players shot on the Noah system will be established for future progress and continuous tracking.

We will teach the proper shooting form which can be used any where on the court including free throws. The wasted motion in your shot will be removed to reduce your margin of error. Each player will understand how to critique his/her shot. This method of shooting builds confidence and shooting percentages!

Each lesson after the initial assessment will be a 1/2-hr lesson in the shooting cage which will include high repetition shooting with an instructor continuing to perfect your shooting form and technique.

We can take you from a beginner level shooter to intermediate, to advanced level shooter. As training is continued, your progress will be tracked with the Noah system with verbal and video feedback.

Coaches: Bring your team for Free Throw Training!

Group rate: $25.00 per student.

This class will teach the proper form for shooting free throws and how to check your shot. The wasted motion in your shot will be taken out to reduce your margin of error. This method of shooting builds confidence and shooting percentages.

After you feel comfortable with this method of shooting, join our Level 1 Free Throw Training.

Level 1 Free Throw Training

In each session you will shoot hundreds of free throws. A spreadsheet on your progress will be kept. Your target goal is to be a consistent 88-90% free throw shooter. After reaching this percentage, you then graduate to Level 2 Free Throw Training.

Level 2 Free Throw Training

Training will include fatigue drills while continuing to build your backup form and simulate game conditions.

• $25/class or package of 5 for $100
• *if you have trouble with your shooting consistency, it is recommended you take the Free Throw Shooting classes prior to enrolling in the Level 1 Training.

Noah helps build muscle memory and tracks player performance and consistency by helping to identify inconsistent shooters and gives video and verbal feedback to perfect their shot.

Build muscle memory with noah and reinforce it with high repetition training in our shooting cages. Increase your shooting ability and percentages at In The Zone with the most state of the art technology here in Katy by combining Noah and our patented shooting cage technology "The Shootaround".

A Noah session consists of 75-100 shots with Noah feedback. The initial session will include 25 shots with no feedback in order to establish the player's baseline.

We recommend a player use at least 3 sessions a week for 1 month straight to help burn in muscle memory. This would equal 12 sessions a month.
