"Thank you to In The Zone for working with my daughters, Sarah and Alison, on the their free throw shooting.  Rick was able to quickly identify areas in their shooting form that enabled them to improve their free throw shooting very quickly.  As a matter of fact, Sarah advanced to the Texas State Free Throw Shooting Championship by hitting 24 of 25 free throws in the second round of the contest.  Sarah was 1 of only 9 contestants in the State to make it that far.  We credit Sarah's success to her session with Rick (and a lot of practice using her new and improved form)."
